
Hoang Quoc Anh
Mr. Hoang Quoc Anh is the Deputy Secretary General of the Vietnam Independent Directors Association and leads the Investment Banking division at the Vietnam Association of Securities Business, where he oversees Green Financing and Sustainability initiatives. Additionally, he is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of GHGInvest and a Partner at Unlock Capital. With extensive experience in developed market equities across North America, Europe, and Asia, Mr. Hoang possesses a deep understanding of Business Restructuring, Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), and Fundraising.
Throughout his career, he has authored numerous investment pitches and articles for well-regarded publications like Motley Fool, Seeking Alpha, GuruFocus, and Morningstar. He is also the co-author of MOATS, a book that explores key M&A deals by Warren Buffett and Berkshire Hathaway.
Mr. Hoang is a Board Member and Investment Director at International Consumer Product Investments, Vietnam’s leading smart retail technology firm specializing in vending machines. Previously, he held positions at the Vietnam Opportunity Fund of VinaCapital, Unilever Vietnam, and Unilever South East Asia and Australia, where he spearheaded initiatives to create a global carbon footprint reduction strategy for Unilever.
He holds a degree in Business Administration and Financial Management from Hanoi University, where he graduated in the top 5% within an accelerated three-year track, and he passed the CFA Level 2 exam in 2011.
